What is an escape room?

An escape room is an entertainment experience where a group of people is locked in a thematically designed room and must solve a series of riddles, puzzles, and enigmas within a limited time to escape.

How does an escape room work?

In an escape room, participants must work as a team to find clues, solve puzzles, and complete challenges that allow them to progress and escape from the room, using collaboration, communication, and creative thinking.

What is the objective of an escape room?

The main objective of an escape room is to escape from the room before time runs out. This is achieved by solving a series of riddles and puzzles that lead to the final solution.

What kind of skills are needed to play in an escape room?

A variety of skills are needed, including teamwork, problem-solving, lateral thinking, creativity, effective communication, and the ability to manage time under pressure. Each team member can bring different strengths to help solve the challenges.

How many people can play in your rooms?

Minimum 2 people, maximum:
Chernobyl: 6 people.
Money Heist: 7 people.
Haunted Mansion: 7 people.
Orient Express - The Murder: 8 people.

What if we are more than 6/7/8?

In case of larger groups, players can be divided into several rooms at the same time (subject to room availability).

How much time do we have?

One hour.

Is there any age restriction to participate?

No, but minors under 14 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult in the group.

What is the price?

2 people: 25 euros per person.
3 people: 23 euros per person.
4/5 people: 20 euros per person.
6/7/8 people: 18 euros per person.

When do we pay the game?

Payment is just before starting, in cash or by card.

What if we arrive late to our reservation?

If you arrive late and the next slot is booked, you will have a 15-minute grace period to arrive. After this time, unfortunately, we will have to cancel the reservation to allow the next players to enjoy their game. However, if the next slot is not booked, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Are there any behavior rules we should follow during the game?

Yes, it's important to follow some basic rules of behavior, such as handling the room's decoration and props carefully, not using physical force, listening carefully to the game master's instructions, and respecting teammates to maintain a collaborative and fun atmosphere.

Can we cancel or reschedule a reservation?

Yes, through the link in the reservation confirmation email.

What is the difficulty level of the four rooms?

In order from easiest to most difficult: Haunted Mansion, Money Heist, Orient Express - The Murder, Chernobyl.
